They are looking for an Onboarding Analyst to join the team. The successful candidate will work to ensure service delivery and employee productivity capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Creating clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations.
Crafting and sending emails with information about the company and position, including work schedules, dress code, and parking options.
Preparing onboarding kits.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any equivalent.
Must have at least 2 years of Recruitment experience.
Experience in Onboarding and Background Check.
Must have an experience in hiring.
