Your role

  • Ensure that leadership key  projects are fulfilled in a timely manner, within the approved budget (when applicable), correctly identifying / scaling problems and maintaining indicators of monitoring and implementation of projects.
  • Encourage the proper execution of new initiatives within the organization.
  • Lead portfolio optimization projects (discontinuation, merger, divestment).
  • Be a strategic support to achieve organizational excellence: improve strategic execution practices, lead efforts to manage change.
  • Develop project management skills to ensure execution, build skills, and standardize project management/execution methodologies.
  • Be the main driver of strategic execution, linking the strategic planning process with project management, organizational learning and portfolio management.
  • Integrate project management into performance measurement systems: maintainer updated the KPI dashboard, to support the executive committee in the definition and alignment of objectives.
  • Be the main contact between the executive committee and the projects.
  • Facilitate the commercial committee and the execution of actions.
  • Interact with the GEM PMO  to establish a channel of strategies at the different levels of the organization.
  • Collect, analyze and store information related to past, current and future projects.
  • Assist the GM in strategic planning and execution through alignment initiatives.
  • Support in the organization of strategic meetings, workshops, business meetings, etc.
  • Consolidate the business plans of the key brands.
