My rating reflects my personal experience with my career progression. As mentioned before, my main role is technical analyst (programmer), but I've been working on quality assurance testing lately, which I think impacts my career path and growth personally as a technical analyst, because instead of focusing more on improving my technical skills, I have to focus on my current work which is QA. But if just talking about promotion, there are alot of opportunities in general.
