We work harmoniously even though we are on a remote basis even after pandemic. Our managers are easily to talked to and very supportive of our ideas.

The company makes sure that connections between every employee is established. Regular catchup meetings, team buildings, and company updates are given to keep the employees informed and connected to everyone regardless of the location. The management is very supportive as well of every need and endeavor of its employees, which are made known through frequent surveys and feedback from us employees.

During office hours, company culture mainly is "normal", people working the whole day but also sometimes it gets a little tedious especially when there are too many meetings in a project and less hours to actually work on something. But in terms of interaction with colleagues, everyone is approachable based on my experience. When in need of help, colleagues would actually try to provide advice/insight or even help you in a task, which is great because there is support with one another.

Hitachi Solutions fosters a positive work environment. We have quarterly team buildings and annual company outing where all the employees and higher management gather together and have fun developing camaraderie to everyone.

In the office, it's nice to have a jolly atmosphere with my colleagues around. After hours, i still work a little to complete some tasks assigned to me. Management is good and HR do a really good job in scheduling engagements between teams.

It can be challenging to maintain a sense of camaraderie and connection among colleagues, particularly in a night shift environment. Before when I was still new in the company, people were into a lot of activities. But as the years went by, people especially in the night shift have just simply drifted apart. It seems nobody is into activities or getting to know to each other.

I can't say much on the company culture in the office since from the day I got hired in 2020, we are on a remote setup and just this year that we're required to be in the office for at least 2 days per month. But I do believe that the company is doing its best to maintain camaraderie between employees as they are making efforts in organizing company events such as Company outing and Christmas Party. The Company also supports each department to have milestone celebrations and quarterly team building.

Most of my colleagues understands work life balance, when it comes to working everyone is focused and when it comes to after hours activity we tend to talk about things unrelated to our work. Our manager encourages us to unwind after working hours and weekends, he even tends to come up with extracurricular activities that keeps us entertained.

In the office, colleagues with help you with your problems when you have encountered a roadblock despite their busy time. After work, hierarchy and structure doesn't matter, everyone is treated equally and can share their opinion.

The culture inside the office is very professional while maintaining the friendly environment also. In the office, there is a support culture where each employees support on another in every struggle may it be in the project or outside project. In addition to this, after working hours, the people are much more open to socialization.
