The pay is good but they should make the reimbursements easier.

The compensation is more than average, plus there is a weekly meal allowance, internet allowance and De Minimis. It's really good.

Right now, I think they need to align their pay from other companies outside. I think it is a little bit lower than other companies are offering. I'm grateful for other perks like reimbursements and etc.. But I think compensation needs to be adjusted also based on the market right now.

Salary and bonuses are fair and competitive, but bonuses can be improved on and recalibrated to suit more for everyone. Definitely also need more innovation in terms of using technology like for meal reimbursements, there can be food delivery vouchers we can use instead of requesting of manual ORs all the time, which is tedious and a hit-and-miss sometimes especially on food delivery. One suggestion also is to have transportation allowances, especially there are employees who live on provinces, cities not close to the office which would benefit them.

Our company offers competitive salary and bonuses that are unique than other companies. I just hope that they offer higher increase per year. But overall, I am happy and proud that they offer benefits that shows how much they care for their employees.

We have wellness reimbursement that has alot of categories, like not just fitness/gym subscriptions, but also can reimburse concert/movie tickets, cooking classes, etc. I hope they could also include therapy in the wellness benefit.

We have Maxicare, which provides free consultation to a psychologist/mental health coach. A flexible allowance which we can use for anything, Life insurance, and Self-development allowance (Half the expense is deducted).

50% recreational benefits (movies, concerts, etc.) but hit and miss on asking manual official receipt for filing reimbursement. Twice a month on-site only but will depend on the project.
