Your role

• Monitor, measure and validate external agency partners' collection activities.
• Spot all areas that need improvement to further enhance the current collection process and increase productivity.
• Made to determine compliance of External Agency Partners according to Home Credit standard processes and functions.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Highly skilled in doing QA work/tasks.
• Has extensive/intensive work experience in the same field.
• Willing to travel from one point to another. A shuttle is provided.
• Responsible, trustworthy with a clear sense of accountability.
• Observes proper decorum 101% of the time, especially when outside the company.
• Can work with minimal supervision, punctual, and target driven.
