Your role

CRM Lifecycle Analyst will be responsible for analytical and reporting of the whole customer lifecycle, regular in-depth reviews, and strategy suggestions of acquisition as well as existing part of the HCPH portfolio to ensure the partnership between the company and customer is managed in the best way possible.

CRM Lifecycle Analyst will be also on regular basis in touch with key stakeholders and streams to align all lifecycle activities and ensure data quality and up-to-date information flow.
