Your role

• To manage the end-to-end process of payment to vendors needed for business operations from receiving/verifying accounting documents, and payment processing in the system, to actual disbursements.
• Verify accounting documents and audit validity of payment request
• Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors and posting of entries
• Reconcile vendor ledger accounts and manage the age of outstanding balances
• Accommodate requestor and vendor inquiries or concerns
• Propose improvements in the payment process

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any business-related course
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply
