Your role

• Liaise with other teams/departments in all requirements needed for campaign implementation
• Analyze user segments, behavior, and campaign funnels
• Identify opportunities in acquisition, activation, cross-sell, onboarding, or retention of users, prospects vs HC product portfolio, services, or their combination
• Setting up scenarios, executing, and optimizing campaigns (pool, reason why, objective, message, channels, conversion, results)
• Understand certain products and its lifecycle in the app and in the other channels (combination of retail, online, own channels vs ads)
• Incorporating different channels and synergizing to achieve this via Ads, Push notifications, SMS, in-app, WEB
