What you will do:

• Acting as a business owner for the major HR products (digital hiring and digital development/learning).
• Building up comprehensive product analytics together with the analyst team to analyze (mine) business processes and define required improvements.
• Keeping and managing the delivery of the backlog for business processes and systems to improve efficiencies and maximize adoption of the mentioned products.
• Defining detailed business requirements for the systems-related items prioritized out of the backlog, working on implementation with the vendor and/or internal IT partners.
• Doing business process analysis and redesign as per internal demand.

What you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Math, Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience as (any of or combined) business analyst, project manager, RPA analyst, product manager.
• Sound additional training (can be self-paced) in the following domains: business analysis, data analysis, product analysis, project management, product management, low code/no code tools, etc.
