- Design New functionalities of the system, identify opportunities for process improvement/system enhancement, create backlog (user stories and acceptance criteria) create test criteria and perform UAT, train end users.
- Collects, synthesizes and analyzes project data information.
- Prepare presentation materials and the minutes of the meeting.
- Prepares status reports, as necesarry .
- Document/tracks/adjusts the project schedule.
- Monitors risks issues, actions, decisions, and lessons learned.
- Monitors progress against schedule and raises risks and issues of delay.
- Provides assistance in the monitoring of the completion of project deliverables.
- Files and maintains projectr artifacts.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor courses preferably Industrial Engineering, BSBA Information System or any related courses
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
