Your role

  • Assist in credit analysis and write-ups for corporate client facilities
  • Data gathering to support the credit review process
  • Perform calculations needed in relation to financial analysis
  • Assist in reviewing legal documentation
  • Assist in preparing a checklist to ensure that all necessary clauses are covered.
  • Calculation of return on risk-weighted assets for transactions
  • Use of Bloomberg and other similar external sources
  • Preparation of any internal or external presentations, reports, and other data collation-type documents that assist in decision-making, or other requirements
  • Ad-hoc requirements

Training & development

All ING trainees participate in global learning events. There, you learn about every aspect of core banking, such as the role of a bank, the bank balance sheet, bank funding, IT processes, and risk management. Needless to say, these events also help you to develop your soft skills such as how to deal with business partners, stakeholder management, and presentation techniques. Each traineeship track also has its own specialized training courses.
