Your role

Provides end-to-end support to customers, which may include the use of standard scripts and specific guidelines and procedures, to handle queries or close sales. Seeks help and/or escalates issues/queries when it is appropriate to do so to help resolve customer issues expeditiously.

Training & development

At ING, all trainees engage in global learning events, delving into core banking intricacies, including bank roles, balance sheets, funding, IT processes, and risk management. These events also nurture essential soft skills like business collaboration, stakeholder management, and presentation techniques, tailored to each traineeship track.
