What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
It's good and highly competitive.
Graduate, Makati City - 03 Aug 2024
I would say that interns are generously paid. It is rare to find other companies that pay their employees the same way as ING.
Intern, Makati City - 30 Jul 2024
It's fair pay and above industry standards especially for entry level positions.
Graduate, Makati City - 30 Jul 2024
As a graduate trainee, it is mostly at par with graduate/management trainee pay of competitors. The base salary is slightly below average, but the bonuses somewhat make up for the difference.
Graduate, Taguig City - 30 Jul 2024
Pay and bonuses are decent for fresh graduates
Graduate, Taguig City - 25 Jul 2024
I believe the pay and bonuses was more that what I expected for a fresh graduate. The entire package really shows how ING takes care of their employees.

Competitive
Graduate, Taguig City - 23 Jul 2024
As a fresh graduate, I must say my salary is very competitive compared to other companies I have applied for. For someone without any work experience the salary is really high.
Graduate, Taguig City - 23 Jul 2024
Competitive pay! Comes with multiple bonuses as well.
Graduate, Manila City - 23 Jul 2024
Very competitive salary and 14th month bonus on top of that.
Graduate, Makati City - 23 Jul 2024
The pay is good, but not the highest in the market. However the bonuses make up for it, as there are a lot of bonuses given by the company.
Graduate, Makati City - 23 Jul 2024
They are very generous
Graduate, Makati City - 23 Jul 2024
Benefits and pay are generous as compared with other companies - these include HMOs, and Hybrid allowance.
Graduate, Manila City - 22 Jul 2024
It pays well. It's also good that there's a pension plan in the company. I applied for it and they take a certain percentage of my salary for my pension plan.
Graduate, Manila City - 18 Jul 2024
In terms of pay, I would say its good that I got the higher bracket of a fresh grad per se in the banking industry, however, it terms of progression it is slow. Moreover, I equally do a similiar thing to what an FTE does, sometimes even more, so there is like this disparity when it comes to work experience despite the same level of work being done.
Graduate, Taguig City - 18 Jul 2024
ING's pay is very competitive with the market. The annual increase is also great. Those who work hard receive what they deserve.
Graduate, Makati City - 18 Jul 2024
As an intern, I'm happy with my allowance.
Intern, Philippines - 02 Jul 2024
I would say that this is excellent in ING.
Intern, Makati City - 27 Jun 2024
What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
I appreciate the vitality leaves
Graduate, Makati City - 03 Aug 2024
The best is the quarterly of the Mercury Suki Card and the Intellicare for my parents. This helps them to take check ups regularly and lessen bills for buying medicines.
Graduate, Makati City - 02 Aug 2024
I have no idea yet of the company's perks as I am still an intern.
Intern, Makati City - 30 Jul 2024
I would say the hybrid allowance and vitality wellness leaves.
Graduate, Makati City - 30 Jul 2024
HMO, eligible for paid leave even during probation, medicine allowance
Graduate, Taguig City - 25 Jul 2024
The best perk is the HMO. I get to have doctor consultation and lab fees charged to the insurance and I also get to enroll my parents to use it. The most unusual one was the Mercury Suki Card. I find the suki card very useful and I even get to share the medicines I buy with my family.
Graduate, Makati City - 24 Jul 2024
Allowance
Graduate, Taguig City - 23 Jul 2024
The company has e generous leave policy, I also enjoy team dinners since there's a company budget for that.
Graduate, Taguig City - 23 Jul 2024
Birthday leave, quarterly credits in the "Suki" Card (used for buying medicine), high amount for HMO, insurance, hybrid allowance, to name a few.

HMO, generous leave policies, Allowances, and offering flexible hybrid setup.

Bonuses/benefits prior to regularization

Unli coffee, Sleeping Pods, Game Room, Free Udemy Courses, HMOs for 2 dependents.
Graduate, Manila City - 22 Jul 2024
There are family days allotted for the employees where we can bring our family members. The most recent one was a movie screening for Inside Out 2.
Graduate, Manila City - 18 Jul 2024
I would say parking in the building and health insurances
Graduate, Taguig City - 18 Jul 2024
13th month, 14th month, HMO, Group Insurance, Suki Card, Hybrid Allowance, Rice and Transpo Allowance, and such. Occasional allowances for vaccine, medicine, etc.

When we have an event, we sometimes have free lunch.
Intern, Philippines - 02 Jul 2024
I do like that there is a mental health leaves and leaves for specific situations that shows how the company is very open to any given situation
