Salary at ING Hubs Philippines

It's good and highly competitive.

I would say that interns are generously paid. It is rare to find other companies that pay their employees the same way as ING.

It's fair pay and above industry standards especially for entry level positions.

As a graduate trainee, it is mostly at par with graduate/management trainee pay of competitors. The base salary is slightly below average, but the bonuses somewhat make up for the difference.

Pay and bonuses are decent for fresh graduates

I believe the pay and bonuses was more that what I expected for a fresh graduate. The entire package really shows how ING takes care of their employees.

As a fresh graduate, I must say my salary is very competitive compared to other companies I have applied for. For someone without any work experience the salary is really high.

The pay is good, but not the highest in the market. However the bonuses make up for it, as there are a lot of bonuses given by the company.

Benefits and pay are generous as compared with other companies - these include HMOs, and Hybrid allowance.

It pays well. It's also good that there's a pension plan in the company. I applied for it and they take a certain percentage of my salary for my pension plan.

In terms of pay, I would say its good that I got the higher bracket of a fresh grad per se in the banking industry, however, it terms of progression it is slow. Moreover, I equally do a similiar thing to what an FTE does, sometimes even more, so there is like this disparity when it comes to work experience despite the same level of work being done.

ING's pay is very competitive with the market. The annual increase is also great. Those who work hard receive what they deserve.

As an intern, I'm happy with my allowance.

I appreciate the vitality leaves

The best is the quarterly of the Mercury Suki Card and the Intellicare for my parents. This helps them to take check ups regularly and lessen bills for buying medicines.

I have no idea yet of the company's perks as I am still an intern.

I would say the hybrid allowance and vitality wellness leaves.

HMO, eligible for paid leave even during probation, medicine allowance

The best perk is the HMO. I get to have doctor consultation and lab fees charged to the insurance and I also get to enroll my parents to use it. The most unusual one was the Mercury Suki Card. I find the suki card very useful and I even get to share the medicines I buy with my family.

The company has e generous leave policy, I also enjoy team dinners since there's a company budget for that.

I would say parking in the building and health insurances

13th month, 14th month, HMO, Group Insurance, Suki Card, Hybrid Allowance, Rice and Transpo Allowance, and such. Occasional allowances for vaccine, medicine, etc.

When we have an event, we sometimes have free lunch.

I do like that there is a mental health leaves and leaves for specific situations that shows how the company is very open to any given situation
