How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
My company is quite flexible when it comes to work hours. I still prefer to come in at around 10-6pm daily but when there are days that I have to clock out early, my line managers are very easy to talk to and would just allow me to come in earlier to offset my hours.

As long as I finished my task, I can go home early. You can take a break to rest between the work hours.

I like how the company is not about the hours you put into work, but the quality and quantity of your work. For us interns, they are not that strict with our work hours. This is as long as we are able to accomplish the tasks assigned to us.

It is very flexible and the managers are very understanding of the sudden changes of schedule.

Depending on the team, overtime is generally not encouraged unless it is really needed. You could reasonably adjust your hours depending on where your services are needed.

My shift is usually from 10-7. The team really devotes their attention to output instead of working hours which means if I am done with my tasks for the day, I can focus on self learning or indulge in recreational activities.

Very flexible

Hybrid setup. I just go to office 1-2 days. Very nice and convenient for me.

It is quite flexible for my role as long as you deliver the tasks that was asked.

The hours are also good since you can really feel the work-life balance when working in ING. Working hours on site are very flexible.
Graduate, Taguig City - 23 Jul 2024
Highly flexible! As long as we complete the hours and finish our deliverables on time then all is good. We just need to communicate with the team in case we need to change.

We have hybrid set-up, and we can decide which days to go to the office.

The company is very flexible with work hours. Though culture varies per team, we do not have a time-in/time-out culture, focusing rather on quality of work rather than quantity of time.

Work is very flexible given the current hybrid setup. This provides the perfect balance of maximizing work at home and in the office (which is open 24/7 as needed).
Graduate, Manila City - 22 Jul 2024
Time is flexible in our team; our managers don't really tag their analysts as late if they don't arrive at the usual time. I gave a rating of five (5) because as a commuter, I have to allot a certain time for me to travel to and from the office, approximately two hours each, a total of 13 hours allotted for work.

The company is very flexible in terms of work hours however, I personally do not like the shift when it comes to aligning with stakeholders
Graduate, Taguig City - 18 Jul 2024
The company really discourages overtime (but does compensate for it if necessary). The hybrid setup allows us to work more efficient by saving time, money, and focus on sustainability.

Very flexible! I'm under recruitment so most of my tasks include setting up interview schedule with hiring managers, and I can do this anytime as long as it's under working hours.

As long as you are able to finish all tasks due for that specific day, it would be your option to do WFH or to leave the office.
