- Support in the creation and maintenance of knowledge bases and response templates

Skills Required
- Technical/Fundamental HR Competencies: General knowledge of Human Resources in a shared services setting
- Quality Management: Ability to perform quality methodologies (i.e., Lean Six Sigma, RCA, etc.)
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with team members in a multinational environment
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to function independently, prioritize tasks, and meet multiple deadlines
- Customer Service: Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
