Continuous Improvement/Projects

• Timely and accurate execution of continuous improvement tasks
• Tracking of continuous improvement initiatives

Service Delivery

• Assist in the proper dispatching of requests to team members
• Support in generating comprehensive reports using appropriate software tools
• Provide support in preparing data-driven presentations for management meetings
• Support service delivery tasks
• Support knowledge management build-up, i.e., QRGs, WIs, etc.
• Support quality checks
