The Corporate Communications Intern will assist the Branding and Communications team in the preparation and execution various internal and external communications of ING Hubs Philippines. The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, a team player, social media and web-savvy, and brimming with ideas about communication. The successful intern will gain hands-on experience in many aspects of communications while helping with a wide range of projects.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide support in content creation (writing and design) and other communication initiatives of the business while ensuring quality standards and branding guidelines are met
  • Assist in community management and monitor analytics of ING Hubs Philippines social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Assist in creating templates, collaterals, and designs for various internal and external communication requirements
  • Support the Branding and Communications team in planning and preparations of relevant activities
  • Requirements and qualifications:
  • Highly proficient in written and verbal English
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (design tools such as Adobe Photoshop are a plus)
  • Proficient to operate independently
  • Excellent in problem-solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines
  • Flexible and able to respond to change
  • Fast learner and technologically adept
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
  • Solutions - focused with a can-do attitude
