  • Understand and define business needs.

  • Contribute ideas on how to make the learning journey effective for all Retail Hub hires.
  • Assist the KM in creating and updating training materials, training facilitation, learning needs analysis, and training evaluation.
  • Assist in creating posters, videos, and infographic contents.
