- Understand and define business needs.
- Ensure business requirements are captured, analyzed, accurately documented, and validated with SMEs.
- Provide recommendations and/or generate solution ideas to achieve the goal.
- Support the preparation of business case for automation opportunities.
- Assist with conducting necessary checks for existing customers and prospects.

- Escalate situations that deviate from the mandatory procedure.
- Contribute ideas on how to make the learning journey effective for all Retail Hub hires.
- Assist the KM in creating and updating training materials, training facilitation, learning needs analysis, and training evaluation.
- Assist in creating posters, videos, and infographic contents.
