I'm a Team Manager, a job I love, but there are several other responsibilities that do not really fall under a Team Manager's job description. I used to be an AI writer. Now, I am assigned a small group of writers to manage and still in the training phase.

As a Lead Associate for Talent Acquisition, my daily responsibilities include monitoring emails, scheduling applicants for online interviews, sending assessments, and keeping them informed about the results.
