Innodata thrives on training new employees. I have worked for 4 years and I could say that I didn't receive an interactive and assertive training with my former jobs compared to Innodata. As I stated previously, they take you seriously, but they also have compassion. The department I work in has trainers that acknowledge ideas and mistakes. It's heartwarming to say the least.

The training and development here is amazing, we have a lot of e-learning courses for us to learn more also with hands on activities for us to be able to apply what we learn.

Full of learnings

In my onboarding training, managers were the ones who trained us so they were very oriented and made sure that everything was good on our end.

Trainings are the best part of the job! My previous project's training was okay, but my new project's training is enjoyable! I learned a lot and had fun at the same time!

Since projects come and go, we are consistently in training ever since. We need to be trained to an upcoming project and get certified. So, in terms of training, the company really does well in that aspect.

I was able to hone my skills in English, to make sure to utilize all of the tools and resources that I have before asking a question.

Very informative, but sometimes too fast.

During my time, the training was extremely chaotic. Though I applaud my trainers for all their efforts, some of the training process could've been improved.

There are a lot of improvements to be considered in the trainings. They should always consider a teacher-learner perspective.

Training done over MS teams or Zoom

The trainings can be really hasty and not structured as well as possible. Although this is understandable because of the growing nature of the company.

During my OJT here at Innodata, I was mostly doing things independently and I had to take initiative since I knew my supervisors were busy. However, I did have a hard time with some instructions because some of it were unclear. So, I had to figure out everything by myself. Nevertheless, my superiors were really kind and generous to me. They were always understanding, and I never felt that I wasn't welcome.

Training covers all the basics, and continuous support is given once writers are on live production, where most of the learning actually happen.
