How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
I believe it would be better to have a hybrid setup. Thanks
Graduate, Philippines - 30 Jul 2024
At Innodata, work hours are generally structured around a standard business schedule, typically my schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM. However, the company offers a degree of flexibility, allowing employees to adjust their hours when necessary to accommodate personal needs and ensure a healthy work-life balance. Remote work options and flexible scheduling are often available, especially for roles that can be performed outside the office.

I can't say the same for other departments but I do know that I have a lot of flexibility in my work hours. I work a mid-shift and Innodata has a timekeeping system that is quite well when it comes to reminding me of my hours.

I usually work on the day, 9 hours per day but depending on the project I am in, I often work on the night shfift.

Good, I can request such as early in, early out.

I work 9hours a day. It is very convenient because we are able to still do some errands and extend our time for work.

The employee can handle the work hours as long as it is on the prescribed rendered hours and deadlines are not compromised.

The is company is flexible on when you wanna start and end your work shift so as long as you meet the daily requirements: 10AM - 10PM office hours, 9.12HRS work shift, and 8.27HRS in production/training. I also only have 45MINS lunch which I also have the freedom to spend.

Due to the online nature of the job, if something urgent comes to light, we are expected to be present.

It's kind of flexible since we have a 12-hour window (10am-10pm), but it would have been better if we are allowed to start our shift earlier than 10.

It is pretty flexible in terms of logging in. I also appreciate that we are in a compressed work week, which means we have more time to spend with our family and friends.

The time shift is quite flexible. However, the entirety of the shift is too long.

Since our management is still being built, Team Managers most of the time have no choice but to work for 12 or more hours, not ideal, not healthy, and also way beyond what we are being paid for.

As a team leader, I am now open to being very flexible while considering the time in and time off or the raters under me, and ensuring that I accomplish and submit reports on time. For the raters, they are always encouraged to have a unified shift. Sometimes they can report as early 10am but should not go beyond 10pm.

My work hours can be longer than expected since it is work from home. But the hours are quite flexible, so it's good on that area.
Graduate, Manila - 09 Jul 2024
Very flexible. We are allowed to choose when to time in and time out.
Graduate, Cebu City - 09 Jul 2024
There's a time frame within which we are allowed to adjust our work schedule. Daily shift is longer than most, but the compensation makes up for the longer hours rendered.
