Job Description 

Designed to succeed potential roles in the company, the Jones Lang LaSalle (Philippines), Inc. Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Graduate Trainee Program exposes trainees to the different aspects of the business to establish a solid foundation as an IFM Professional. The program offers a blended learning experience (classroom, on-the-job training) in the various disciplines such as Engineering Services, Procurement, Business Development, Finance and Human Resources. A graduate trainee can look forward to working on various functional projects and performing an actual role in a client site with a mentor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and plot 52-Week Programmed Preventive Maintenance
• Support Sourcing and Procurement of Engineering Services you will be assigned to
• Scheduling of MSTs Reporting to Managers using usual word processing applications

Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Preferably less than 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates are welcome!
• Preferably with a license in engineering
• Above average knowledge in AutoCAD, Word, Excel and PPT is an advantage
• Excellent Communication skills
• Good presentation & analytical skills

• Independent and a team player
• Flexible and able to multi-task
• Confident, strong interpersonal skills and a team player
