Your role

Main responsibilities:

• Complete the 201 file digitization project—scan, label, and upload pre-employment documents in Workday
• Help in following up with candidates for hire on pre-employment requirements
• Help screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks

Others:

• Support HRBPs by gathering data from internal sources such as Workday, SharePoint, JLL GPT
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days
• Draft HR newsletters for internal communications

Training & development
