About the Organization

KadaKareer is a low-bandwidth, community-based career development platform for underserved students in the Philippines. We focus on helping our students -- our Kadets, as we call them -- accelerate their digital careers!

"Kada" comes from the word barkada, which means a group of friends. We are a Filipino student's cheerleader, coach, and support group throughout their entire career journey! Find out more about us by checking our website! https://www.kadakareer.com/

About the Position

Currently, there are two ways to become part of KadaKareer’s Executive Team (our “Kada Krew”):

As a Team Lead,

  • You will hold a permanent spot on KadaKareer’s Executive Team, with a minimum 1-year term. You are primarily responsible for the operations and output of your respective team and will be given the opportunity to represent KadaKareer in external events and engagements.
  • We currently have open positions for Product Management, Marketing, Koach Engagement, HR (Co-Lead), and Kommander Engagement (Co-Lead).

As a Mission Specialist,

  • You will take on high-impact projects during your time with us that help us zoom closer to our mission.
  • The Mission Specialist Program runs from July 15 to December 17, 2023. We expect our Mission Specialists to spend around 10-15 hours a week on KadaKareer, but the schedule for this is incredibly flexible.
  • We have multiple open positions for Mission Specialists.
