Your responsibilities

• Responsible for providing support to the Finance Department by managing daily client funds processing and other Finance Operation tasks. The role is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department.
• Process deposits and/or withdrawals requests from clients in a timely manner;
• Liaise with internal and external third parties such as the customer support team, banks, and Payment Service Providers (PSP) to resolve queries as and when required;
• Update financial data in the trading system and accounting software as and when required to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed;
• Monitoring trading accounts deposit and withdrawal requests for any irregularities, assisting in investigations and dispute resolutions;
• Assist in general financial management and analysis, and ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

About you

• Good Communication skills and ability to communicate in writing and reading in both (Chinese) Mandarin and English language
• Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines.
• Great attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with relevant computer software.
• Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced business environment.
• Full working rights in the Philippines.
