Your role 

• Miscellaneous data entry and secretarial work
• Preparing profit and loss statements upon job completion with final payment
• Handling payroll responsibilities
• Reconciling bank and credit card statements
• Performing secretarial tasks and miscellaneous duties throughout the day
• Managing regular bill payments (e.g., rent, EZ pass, water, insurance, etc.)
• Entering counter bills and processing payments
• Managing installation bills and processing payments
• Handling credit card payments
• Daily monitoring of the bank account to prevent bounced checks
