Your role & responsibilities

• Assist staff in performing system backup and maintenance functions.
• Assist with network and hardware troubleshooting.
• Assist in updating user and technical documentation. 
• Run calls to troubleshoot desktop and PC problems.
• Provide help desk support to staff requiring technical assistance. 
• Assisted with building and deploying desktop computers and laptop images.  
• Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor. 

About you

• The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent.
• Preferably, the internship requirements are 300 to 800++ hours (about 1 month+).
• Willing to be assigned to multiple locations.
• Excellent customer interface skills. 
• Good interpersonal communication skills.  
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral. 
• Willing to work on shifting schedule, holidays, weekends, and night shifts. 
• No work experience required
