Your role & responsibilities

The Lead Generation Representative is a critical role in helping Bennie achieve continued growth and account penetration by working in collaboration with their Account Executive and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is someone excited to join a startup, use their benefits industry knowledge to help define a new generation of benefits consulting services, and be willing to expand responsibilities outside of this job description when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities by finding and qualifying leads through cold phone calls and emails, as well as inbound contacts to the website
• Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
• Capture and manage information/data/metrics in the Salesforce CRM system
• Work closely with Account Executives to secure meetings with qualified leads
• Manage and track your pipeline using CRM tools and tech stack

About you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar Lead Generation or Sales Support role.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and independent self-starter with strong organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed and work as an individual contributor as well as part of a team
• Honest, high level of work ethic and integrity, assertive, and has a strong desire to succeed
• Day shift for a US account
• HMO on Day 1
• Permanent WFH with provided equipment
