Your role & responsibilities

To apply for the L&D Intern role, you are excellent at:

• Planning, designing, and implementing Learning & Engagement events, training, and other programs for KMC internal employees and KMC Teams.
• Assisting with the development and research of supporting resources and interpretation, as well as the procurement and preparation of materials and equipment for onsite and online sessions.
• Supporting the Learning & Engagement Team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, creative collateral preparation, and learning content generation, among others.
• Performing any other duties as reasonably required by the People Experience Manager.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to generate and realize imaginative ideas.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be taking up or graduate of BS Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or equivalent.
• Preferably 300 to 800+ hours internship requirements.
• Knowledgeable in using Canva, Adobe, and other multimedia editing tools.
• No work experience required.
