Your role

As a Marketing Intern at KMC, you will play a vital role in supporting and advancing the marketing strategy. You'll be deeply involved in every aspect of the marketing operations, from strategic planning and partner management to market research and event execution. This position is designed to give you a comprehensive experience in a dynamic marketing environment, helping you develop essential skills in various areas of marketing. 

Key responsibilities: 

Strategic Marketing Collaboration: 

• Collaborate with the marketing strategy team, employer branding, and event management to develop and implement marketing plans. 
• Participate in cross-functional teams, representing marketing alongside product management, sales, and customer support. 
• Act as a liaison for key strategic partners, facilitating relationships to enhance sales and business development. 

Market Research Analysis:

• Support market research efforts to evaluate the viability and performance of current and future products/services. 
• Monitor ongoing campaigns, coordinating with team members and external agencies to meet deadlines and achieve targets. 

Public Relations, Partnership Development, and Management:

• Assist in managing strategic partnerships and delivering programs that align with KMC's business objectives. 
• Develop and execute strategies for marketing partnerships, prepare and present marketing proposals, and track campaign performance. 
• Support public relations tasks, including writing press releases and managing media interactions. 

Training & development

About you

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Pursuing or holding a Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
• Strong organizational and communication skills. 
• Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team setting. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools. 
• Keen interest in marketing strategies, partnership management, and event planning.
