Job Description
What We Do: The PayScale Benchmarking Team solves puzzles for our customers. We work to ensure that our customers' positions are benchmarked to the appropriate datasets for their jobs. We are experts in using PayScale’s proprietary data along with third party compensation surveys to ensure accurate benchmarking and market pricing for our customers.
What You Do:
In this role, you will be focused on completing job alignment projects for our clients. This will entail using various tools to ensure that the clients’ jobs are aligned to a similar job in a compensation survey. You will be working with internal contacts at Payscale to complete the work and may occasionally interact with customers directly. Projects will vary in size from about a dozen jobs to potentially several hundred. You may receive customer questions via email and will triage those questions to be handled by the appropriate team at Payscale. You may respond to level 1 support requests if it pertains to the work you completed.
