Your role
Responsibilities:
Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities, including lead generation, prospect research, and market analysis.
Lead Qualification: Help qualify leads by conducting initial research, engaging in phone calls or email communications, and identifying potential opportunities.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Sales Presentations: Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling presentations and sales materials for client meetings and presentations.
Community Engagement: To assist the Engagement Team in planning, preparing, and executing community engagement initiatives. This includes coordinating ingress/egress on event days, participating in event conceptualization, and ensuring follow-through. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive database that records event turnout, foot traffic, expenditure compared to the budget, and other pertinent information.
Customer Engagement: Participate in customer engagement activities, such as attending client meetings, conducting product demonstrations, and providing sales support as needed.
Competitive Analysis: Assist in researching and analyzing competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences to support sales strategies and identify areas of opportunity.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive sales growth.
Professional Development: Actively participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.

About you
Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Completion of at least two years of undergraduate studies is preferred.
Passion for Sales: Demonstrated interest in sales and a strong desire to pursue a career in the field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically, analyze data, and propose effective solutions.
