Your role

In the role of a Customer Associate, the responsibilities include:

• Acts as frontline and attends to various queries and requests relating to opening/closing of accounts and various online Bank products and remittances
• Responsible for verifying and certifying the authenticity of signatures and documents
• Receive records of various Bank transactions, including incoming/outgoing clearing check transactions

About you

• Must be a graduate of any Business/Accounting related course
• Must have Civil  Service Professional Eligibility/ 2nd Level Eligibility 
• Good communication skills both in English and Filipino
• Proficient in Computer Skills
• Must have good customer service skills
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in branch banking operations
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
