Your role

Under general supervision, this role encompasses the following responsibilities:

• Conducts appraisals and generates reports for semi-complex and complex projects such as housing, cottage industries, commercial/ institutional/ real estate development, housing development, and machinery/equipment eligible for financing or investment. This includes various tasks like planning, fieldwork, research, data processing, and report preparation.
• Assists the Supervisor in the operation, management, and other administrative aspects of the Division/Team.
• Prepares comprehensive reports of findings, submits recommendations, and undertakes additional assignments as required.

About you

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Geodetic and Agricultural Engineering
• Must be a licensed Real Estate Appraiser 
• Proficient in computer skills
• Fit and proper for the position, with due consideration to integrity/probity and diligence
