Your responsibilities

• Own and drive key initiatives fundamental to the success of D&A Customer support including Case Volume Reduction and Service Digital Management Information workstream.
• Develop robust key performance indicators / key results based on measurable metrics that drive the desired customer experience.
• Generate actionable insights from analyses to help illustrate what is going well / not going well and what can be done about it.
• Represent the performance & insights team on all Service Transformation project meetings as required.

About you

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
• Strong organization and facilitation skills along with the ability to manage a wide network of stakeholders, and the ability to influence and build relationships.
• Familiarity with analytics, defining KPI/Metric measurements, data analysis, and visualization.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be prepared to work UK/US hours as and when required.
