POSITION SUMMARY

The BHS/PBB Maintenance Engineer will be in-charge of the daily close monitoring of the BHS and PBB workstation. Attends the needs of the system during operation. He must see to it that the systems are on normal operations. He must take responsibility on the duty technician performing all systems the task related the systems. He will make sure that the scheduled maintenance will be performed safe, as per checklist and with correct tool and equipment. He will also ensure that there is enough spare of the parts and closely monitors its inventory. He must provide the necessary reports and documents as required. If necessary, will attend meeting. He must be also responsible to initiate improvements of the system, updates checklist and PM schedule, procedures and process flow.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Closely monitors BHS/PBB daily operation through SCADA/workstations
• In charge of the BHS/PBB operation and maintenance by establishing the Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Procedures, and Checklist
• Supervise BHS/PBB technicians on duty.
• Produce necessary reports/ documents as required
• Coordinate updates on the system from the provider.
• Initiate improvement with regard to the operation and maintenance of BHS/PBB.
• Monitors the spare parts list and inventory
