About the Opportunity

As part of an implementation project team, the Business Analyst LISTENS TO CUSTOMERS, REFINE BUSINESS PROCESSES, and COLLABORATE with the Tech team to develop a functional design that will solve business problems.

How You'll Contribute

  • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations to resolve business problems. Uncover areas for improvement
  • Lead the requirement gathering to understand the needs of the business
  • Effectively communicate business requirements to dev team
  • Prepares unit testing and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Supports user-acceptance testing and effectively communicate issues to dev team
  • Author and update internal and external documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance or related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in roles with business processes
  • Strong technical skills. (Software navigation)
  • At least 2 years experience in systems
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role.
  •  

Nice to have

  • CPA
  • Knowledge in Planning systems
  • Presentation Skills
  • Preferably based WITHIN or NEAR Metro Manila but not required
