Your Role 

  • Gathers all the necessary data and information for the Regulatory Reset filling and Annual Verification and Rate Translation filling
  • Maintains database of historical core DU core businesses revenue, over-/under recoveries in core business rates, and performance metrics for analysis
  • Conducts comparison studies on Regulatory Asset Base valuation, Building Block, Performance Incentive Scheme, and Maximum Average Price comparison studies of private distribution utilities and NGCP
  • Consolidates company positions and comments on draft rules/regulations on core business
  • Provides computational support based on the formulas set by the regulator
  • Maintains database of historical information for analysis and benchmarking with international transmission and distribution utilities
  • Conducts research and analysis on topics related to other regulated power utilities such as, but not limited to, local and international power utilities and other utility regulations (water, tollways, telecommunications)
  • Monitors ERC Resolutions, Orders, and Decisions on cases related to transmission utility, other private distribution utilities, and electric cooperatives

The survey showed a 91% total engagement score, the highest so far.
