Development of Strategy Roadmap for Customer Products and Solutions
- Identified market trends and customer needs and proposes ideas for new customer products and solutions
- Provides inputs in the development of strategy for assigned customer products and solutions
Conceptualization of Customer Products and Solutions
- Conducts research, feasibility studies and develops business case and operations plans
- Identifies customer experience journey and works in consultation with internal organization
Development of Customer Products and Solutions
- Creates project charter of the new product/solution
- Leads the development of the product/solution and identifies specifications and functionalities
- Manages the transition of the product to commercial roll-out
- Develops policies and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Graduate of, Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or similar course
- Registered Electrical Engineer is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Has strong project management experience
- Desired competencies: Business Analytics and Reporting, Vendor Management, Training and Communication, Market Research
