Job Summary:

The Self-Service Channel Associate supports the goal of improving Meralco’s overall customer experience through  management of existing self-service channels and design and development of new services, and in the implementation of projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Management, IT or its equivalent
  • At least 2 year of experience as member of a project team implementation on cloud solutions, front-end solution
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles; adept with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Analytics
