Job Summary:

The Strategy and Project Management Associate is responsible for the coordination and communication of maintenance activities of customer relationship management systems at a program level to ensure that defects are addressed, technical performance is within standards, and system is available 24/7.

  • Manages the enhancements through planned releases ensuring that the system and platform are optimized and fully utilized.
  • Manages the interfaces with other systems, such as CMS, ADMS, EAM, etc. enabling functionalities to the customer-facing systems (portal and non-portal channels).
  • Serve as gate for the inclusion of changes to the platform ensuring that technical and functional risks have been considered, addressed, or accepted by stakeholders.
  • Interfaces and manages the relationship with the system and platform provider, including other support systems, along with ICT and Procurement ensuring that the client-supplier relationship is synergetic, collaborative, and mutually beneficial.
  • Performs the management on the licenses and other commercial agreements with the platform provider.
  • Manages the value realization component of the system and platform as a program ensuring that the quantitative and qualitative benefits outweigh the commercials of maintaining and enhancing the system and platform in the long-term.
  • Performs the management of program artifacts (as assets) including technical architecture, data models, and commercial agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering, Management of Information Systems, Management in Communications Technology or Management
  • With at least 1-year experience in the management of an on-cloud CRM platform, knowledgeable in Salesforce on-cloud solutions is a plus
  • With at least 2-year experience in the implementation of technology projects and platform deployments for customer-facing systems in the capacity of a project manager or workstream lead
  • Good understanding of Project Management processes, methods and Agile best practices, certification in project management is a plus
  • Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), technical architecture and data models
  • With experience working in a customer service-oriented environment
