Your role

ManPowerGroup is looking for motivated and driven individuals to join them as a Human Resources Intern in Manila, Philippines.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Participating in onboarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork, conducting orientations, and setting up employee profiles
  • Conducting research on HR best practices and present findings to the team
  • Assisting with employee relations, including documenting and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Helping maintain and update employee records and databases
  • Supporting HR team with various administrative tasks as needed

About you

To be considered in the role, you must possess these requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong interest in the HR field and desire to learn and grow in this area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software and systems
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Prior HR experience or coursework is a plus, but not required

Training & development

This internship requires a commitment of 3 to 6 months and offers the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role upon completion. We seek a candidate who can dedicate at least 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to fit around academic or other obligations.
