Job Description:

• Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, highly organized, possess excellent analytical skills, demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to work independently on multiple, simultaneous assignments with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with paralegals, lawyers, administrative assistants and clients on transactions, department projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate and/or bachelor’s degree plus demonstrated experience with law firm or corporate law department required.
• Two years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.
• Must possess a general working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe and redlining.
