Working Arrangement Hybrid Job Description Qualifications: Good verbal and written English communication skills. Higher education an asset (or comparable working experience). For Internal Candidate - must be meeting all the service quality and productivity metrics for the last six months (e.g., Call Quality, IAT QA, Adherence, Attendance, etc.). Work experience in finance or insurance operations is preferred but not required. Good written skills and good verbal communication skills. Basic Knowledge using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Accuracy and keen attention to details. Ability to apply sound judgment with strong decision-making skills. Proactive individual with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and extraordinary attention to detail.
