Your responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate and process LOA availment based on the standard procedures and benefit applications guidelines
• Issues Letter of Authority (LOA) after assessment of coverage, professionally explains coverage and non-coverage to the member
• Secure overriding approval from the In-Patient Supervisor for LOAs beyond the Specialist’s authority limits including tagging of special approval
• Monitor member’s confinement based on the defined criteria

Compensation & benefits

• Prosple salary range is PHP 15,000 to  PHP 25,0000

About you

• College Graduate of 4, 5 year-course, preferably: Nursing or any medical allied courses
• At least 6 months of hospital experience is an advantage but may not be required 
• Customer Service
• 0 - 1 year experience
• Average communication both oral and written
• Locations: Makati City, Lipa City
