Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring that all requests related to service assistance and customer care tickets are prepared and completed.
  • Validating requests and creating service job orders, applying for internal parts requests, and endorsing job orders to Service Advisors.

Training & development

  • Safety & Operation Training - The training covers topics regarding general safety, walk-around inspection, and correct operation of heavy and industrial equipment, with operators as target participants.
  • Maintenance Training - The Training covers topics regarding walk-around inspection and proper maintenance of heavy and industrial equipment, with customer mechanics and linesmen as target participants.
  • Operation, Inspection & Maintenance (OIM) Training - This training covers topics regarding General Safety, Basic Maxima Product Knowledge, and Machine Inspection and Maintenance procedures.
  • Disassembly, Assembly & Component Overhaul Trg. - This training covers topics about disassembly and assembly of the Starter Motor, Alternator, Final Drive and Swing Machinery, and overhauling of Engine, Transmission, Pumps, and Control   Valves.
  • Testing, Troubleshooting & Adjusting (TTA) Training - The training covers topics about TTA of heavy equipment hydraulic, electrical, engine, power train, and air conditioning systems.
  • Operator's Training - Onsite orientation, classroom training, and onboard driving assessment.

About you

They need individuals who:

  • Graduated with a degree in BS Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics or Communications Engineering.
  • Are licensed engineers.
  • Are willing to be assigned to any of our branches, mechanic stations, and customers’ sites across the Philippines.
  • Have good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Can drive (not required, but an advantage).
  • Work well within deadlines.
  • Are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and self-directed.
  • Work well in a team and can communicate effectively with service advisors.
