Your role

You’ll build meaningful, collaborative relationships with your teammates and the colleagues who depend on your administrative support.

Training, development & rotations

Mckinsey invests more than $200 million to train their people. Their consultants attend at least five weeks of formal programming in their first two years, starting with EMBARK, their basic consulting training, plus advanced sessions on team management and client leadership.

In addition to formal and in-person training, they have an extensive e-learning on-demand curriculum and office- and practice-based learning options.

Career progression

Work-life balance
