Career Progression

Generating and sustaining growth requires sales, marketing, pricing, and customer experience teams to change not only the way they work but also their mindsets. In the next normal, this will be truer than ever. Ad-hoc workshops and other short training bursts often fail to develop long-term growth. Lasting change requires a more comprehensive, strategic approach to cultivating the skills that matter and embedding capability building within an organization’s growth strategy. We make learning a part of daily work to change the way individuals and commercial teams operate, so they can transform their performance and generate long-term growth.

Company Culture

They are a values-driven organization. Their values reflect the thinking of our founder, James O. McKinsey, and Marvin Bower, managing director from 1950 to 1967, who was a major force in shaping the firm. Our values have been updated in small ways to reflect the changing times. They inform both our long-term strategy as a firm and the way we serve our clients on a daily basis. We put aside one day a year to reflect as a group on what our values mean to both our work and our lives.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree; Advanced graduate degree in progress (e.g., MBA, Ph.D., etc.); Academic degree requirements may vary by country
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
  • Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project
  • Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and local office language(s)
