Job Overview

You will join our McKinsey Global Services office in Manila (Philippines) as part of our people operations, recruiting services team. You will join a team of energetic and dynamic colleagues generally responsible for maintaining the firm’s recruiting data across Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. We act as an extension of the different recruiting teams to both campus, experienced hire and global recruiting groups. Our team’s support is 24/5 and mainly follows Asia and Eastern time zones.

As your reach is global, you will, on a daily basis, communicate with various recruiting teams across different locations. This could mean collaborating with recruiters, recruiting admins, researchers, recruiting analysts and cell leaders in different regions like screening candidate resumes from North America, scheduling candidate interviews in Asia or entertaining candidate inquiries from Europe.

What You'll Do

You will work with an advanced and internally-designed recruiting system to maintain application pipelines and capture relevant interview data as well as be the first line of support for the candidates during their online application. You will help schedule interviews, generate simple to complex reports critical in analyzing current recruiting strategies and recommendations to a more efficient process and build a reliable data resource in the firm.

In this role, you will handle several requests including screening candidates’ profiles and tracking their interview process. As a systems expert, you will be the go-to person of the recruiting community and will apply your knowledge on helping resolve issues and sharing best practices. To do this, you will collaborate with firm members – not just limited to your own team. Your counterparts will also seek your expertise in generating simple to complex reports critical in analyzing current recruiting strategies. You will also help make recommendations to a more efficient process and build a reliable data resource in the firm.

We always strive to give and receive feedback to evaluate our own processes and work together in developing projects to improve our performance, life-balance and work satisfaction. We work strongly as one team and each of us will be your thought partner in figuring out difficult requests and at the same time, hearing your insights to constantly revisit current practice or redefine operations.
As a people-first firm fostering a culture of growth and inclusion, we offer an above-market entry salary plus an exceptional compensation package and perquisites that includes:

  • Additional pay components including an annual discretionary performance-based bonus, fixed and variable monthly allowances, and a competitive provident fund program
  • Leave program that allows for paid vacation, health-related, parental (maternity, paternity), caregiver, and emergency time off with policy to convert to cash for selected unused leave types
  • Comprehensive medical and dental coverage for members and qualified dependents
  • Mental health care coverage for members and family members
  • Short term and long term disability income protection programs
  • Basic life and voluntary group life insurance programs
  • Business travel accident and additional accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage

  • Free car parking on a first come, first served basis
  • In-office snacks and pantry supplies
  • Hybrid way of working + remote office equipment support
  • Immigration support, including family members (pre-joining and during visa extensions)
  • Comprehensive onboarding program with mentorship and sponsorship opportunities
  • Opportunities for career growth and development across offices within the Firm
  • Supportive community, friendly atmosphere, and feedback culture
  • Diverse, equitable and inclusive environment with office-and firm-wide initiatives, communities, and affinity groups
